The Principles of Our Approach

  • Catalysts, not contractors. Rather than substitute for in-house resources, our approach is to work side by side with client teams, contributing our know-how to create a better work product and to help develop and improve the skill-sets of the participants.
  • No-excuses accountability. We take responsibility for the quality, timeliness, and probability of success of the work our client teams have committed to. Period.
  • Models and frameworks. We make significant use of models and frameworks to discover and test strategic insights as well as to communicate them across a global enterprise. We are committed to being thought leaders in this arena.
  • Point of view. In every project we expect to provide an ongoing stream of useful and provocative insights. We offer these up as part of a strategic mix, not as gurus or pundits but as project contributors.
  • Partners on site. Our practice is made up primarily of partners, not associates, so that we bring a high degree of experience to every effort. Our goal is to leverage your people, not ours.
